Now in his 16th ‘season’ as a local real estate professional and having recently been recognized as a top-3% agent in Keller Williams North America, there is no doubting Tim is an accomplished, experienced agent.

An old copywriter friend from Tim’s days in the advertising industry once said that as a real estate agent, Tim is “a lot like no one else,” and that has been his tagline ever since. Tim is a marketing expert who is customer-service driven, very down-to-earth and transparent. He embraces a consultative approach, and applies the insightfulness of an experienced marketer on behalf of all his clients–buyers as well as sellers. The approach has served him well–typically 80%-90% of his clients every year are past clients or referrals, and his performance metrics are outstanding.

Bio
Tim grew up in Minnetonka, lived in the Highland Park/Mac Groveland areas of St. Paul while attending The University of St. Thomas, lived in the Linden Hills neighborhood in Southwest Minneapolis in the 1990s and has been residing in Edina and Plymouth since 1998. As a long-time resident with exposure to, and passion for, a diverse array of area neighborhoods, Tim is uniquely positioned to help people in several areas of town, and is especially tailor-made for those looking to migrate to and from the city and western inner-ring and outer-ring suburbs.

Before launching his successful real estate business in 2002, Tim was an accomplished marketer, representing national, blue-chip brands while working with iconic advertising agencies Fallon McElligott and Campbell Mithun. It was in his formative years at Fallon that Tim developed a passion for superior service and exceeding client expectations through innovation and creativity. A lot of what he learned then, he applies to his business today. Tim has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Business, making him one of the few real estate agents in town with an MBA. Tim cares about each and every one of his clients and never compromises his high principles in exchange for expediency. He is a devoted father of two active boys who especially enjoy the outdoors, lakes, tennis courts, golf courses and hockey rinks. Tim is a USA Hockey volunteer and was a  volunteer coach in the Edina Hockey Association for eleven years.
